How to Make Yaki Udon
  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the pork belly and cook until browned and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir-fry in onion, garlic, and carrot for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Toss in cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions, stirring until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked udon noodles along with the sauces and black pepper. Stir to coat.
  7. Heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
