How to Make Vegan Lobster
  1. Boil the king oyster mushrooms in a saucepan with 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the mushrooms in a colander to allow excess water to run off.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons of vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.
