How to Make Vegan Lobster
- Boil the king oyster mushrooms in a saucepan with 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the mushrooms in a colander to allow excess water to run off.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the drained mushrooms in the skillet for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of kelp flakes.
- Cook until the mushrooms turn golden brown and fragrant.
