Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cookie removal and cleanup.
  2. Cream together the softened salted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well, ensuring it's fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
  6. Flatten a portion of the dough, placing a small scoop of Biscoff Cookie Butter in the center.
  7. Enclose the cookie butter with the dough, rolling it into a ball without gaps.
  8. Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
