  • 2 cups Fresh Tomatoes Sliced; can substitute with cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Herbs Fresh basil or thyme recommended
  • 1 cup Cheese Creamy goat cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For added heat
For the Drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze Sweet and tangy

Method
 

Preparing the Tartlets
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on your puff pastry package.

  3. Cut out circles using a round cutter to form the tartlet bases.
  4. Place the puff pastry circles onto a lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and puffed, usually about 20 minutes.
