  • 1 block super-firm tofu Crumble into small, egg-like pieces.
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
Flavor Boost
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives Chopped.
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation Steps
  1. Crumble the super-firm tofu into a mixing bowl.
