Instructions
- Preheat your oven as per the instructions on the puff pastry package.
- Combine in a large bowl the thawed spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, Gruyère, white cheddar, garlic, cream cheese, lemon zest (if using), crushed red pepper flakes, and kosher salt.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and place a spoonful of the filling on one side.
- Roll up each pastry tightly, sealing the edges by pinching them together.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake according to the pastry package instructions until golden brown.
