  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Baby spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese optional
  • 1 large Egg beaten

Method
 

Making the Flagels
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, baby spinach, and the beaten egg in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently until blended.
  3. Shape the dough into six equal portions and roll each into a bagel shape.
  4. Place the shaped flagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before enjoying.
