Making the Flagels
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, baby spinach, and the beaten egg in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently until blended.
- Shape the dough into six equal portions and roll each into a bagel shape.
- Place the shaped flagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
