  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
Salad
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups Romaine Hearts chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Scallions sliced
  • 1 cup English Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, tahini, soy sauce, chili oil, chili crisp, rice vinegar, light brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mung bean sprouts, red cabbage, romaine hearts, scallions, cucumber, and carrots. Toss gently.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sesame seeds over the top just before serving.
