  • 1 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup Soft brown sugar
  • 1 large Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla paste
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium mixing bowl until it’s completely liquid.
  3. Combine the soft brown sugar with the melted butter, stirring until you achieve a smooth, glossy mixture.
  4. Incorporate the large egg and vanilla paste into the butter-sugar blend and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper, baking powder, and salt, stirring gently until just blended.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 28 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into 16 pieces.
