  • 6 ounces Turkey lean slices
  • 2 tablespoons Apricot Jelly for sweetness
For the Spread
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard for spreading
For the Greens
  • 1 cup Arugula/Micro Greens for crunch
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for frying
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning optional
For Drizzling (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey for drizzling

Instructions
  1. Preheat your skillet on medium heat to ensure crispiness and perfect melting cheese.
  2. Slice the croissants in half, then spread butter on the outer sides.
  3. Layer turkey, Havarti cheese, and apricot jelly inside the croissant.
  4. Spread honey mustard on the inside of the top half and add arugula or micro greens.
  5. Close the sandwich and place it in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cheese melts and croissant browns.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving if desired.
