Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with foil and placing a baking rack on top.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Place them skin-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the chicken for approximately 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced shallots until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar, allowing the mixture to simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush each piece with about 1 tablespoon of the prepared glaze.
  8. Return the glazed chicken to the oven set to broil for 5 minutes until the glaze bubbles and caramelizes slightly.
  9. Serve warm and drizzle with additional glaze.
