How to Make Savory Marinated Tofu
- Press the extra-firm tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and neutral oil until well combined.
- Slice the pressed tofu into desired sizes, place in marinade, and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat another tablespoon of neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated tofu to the pan, cooking for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
