- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the ciabatta bread and lightly toast it if desired.
- Generously spread a layer of the homemade ranch dressing on the inside of each ciabatta slice.
- On the bottom slice of each sandwich, layer the sliced chicken, salsa verde, baby arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh cilantro, dill, and slices of gouda and pepperjack cheese.
- Place the crispy cooked bacon on top of the cheese layers.
- Gently place the top slice of ciabatta over your towering ingredients. Press down slightly.
- Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
