Ingredients
  

Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Sandwich Assembly
  • 2 slices Ciabatta bread
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Salsa verde
  • 1 cup Baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 4 slices Pepperjack cheese
  • 8 slices Crispy bacon

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread and lightly toast it if desired.
  3. Generously spread a layer of the homemade ranch dressing on the inside of each ciabatta slice.
  4. On the bottom slice of each sandwich, layer the sliced chicken, salsa verde, baby arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh cilantro, dill, and slices of gouda and pepperjack cheese.
  5. Place the crispy cooked bacon on top of the cheese layers.
  6. Gently place the top slice of ciabatta over your towering ingredients. Press down slightly.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
