Making the Hot Pockets
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dough ingredients until well mixed.
- Mix until a soft dough forms, then roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 4x4 inch squares.
- Place pizza sauce and low-fat cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges firmly.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the filled pockets for 20 minutes until golden brown.
