How to Make Savory Chimichurri Grilled Tofu
  1. Press the Tofu: Start by gently pressing the block of extra-firm tofu between two heavy objects to remove excess moisture.
  2. Whisk the Marinade: Combine olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Marinate the Tofu: Place the pressed tofu in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Make the Chimichurri Sauce: Mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, Fresno pepper, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  5. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  6. Grill the Tofu: Place the marinated tofu on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
