  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for cooking and sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic fresh
  • 1 cup chicken stock for sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons capers for briny flavor
For Garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.
  3. Heat olive oil and unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces, cooking until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Sauté olive oil with garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  7. Combine chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, and capers in the skillet.
  8. Stir in unsalted butter until melted and smooth.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
