How to Make Sautéed Mushroom Breakfast Toast
  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they're golden brown and tender.
  2. Toast your thick slice of crusty bread until it’s crispy and golden.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayo and sriracha together until well combined.
  4. Spread a layer of the sriracha mayo on top of the toasted bread, then pile on the sautéed mushrooms evenly across the bread.
  5. Finish your toast with a sprinkle of chopped chives.
