How to Make Rosemary-Parmesan Snowflake Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter in a mixing bowl until it's light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, Parmesan cheese, minced rosemary, black pepper, sea salt, lemon zest (if using), and cayenne (if using) gradually to the butter. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut out snowflake shapes using your favorite cookie cutters.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack before serving.
