Preparation Steps
- Start by bringing ¾ cup of water to a boil to help release the aromatic oils from the rosemary.
- Once boiling, add the fresh rosemary sprig and steep for about 10 minutes to deepen the flavors.
- In a pitcher, combine 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice from the 2 oranges, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, and the rosemary infusion. Stir gently to mix.
- If desired, rim your glasses with fine grain sea salt for an extra touch.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about two-thirds full. Top each glass with 1 cup of orange sparkling water.
