Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of the semisweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes and check for doneness.
- Make the ganache while the bread cools by heating the cream and stirring it with chocolate chips.
- Drizzle the ganache over the cooled chocolate bread before serving.
