  • 1 leaf mint leaf
  • 2 oz aged rum rich, oaky flavors
  • 1 oz blood orange liqueur zesty and slightly bitter
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses sweet-tart complexity
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice enhances freshness
For the Fizz
  • 4 oz ginger beer bubbly zing
  • 1 oz soda water lightens the mix
  • 2 dashes orange bitters aromatic touch

Method
 

How to Make Pomegranate Storm
  1. Muddle the strawberries and mint leaf in a shaker.
  2. Add the aged rum, blood orange liqueur, pomegranate molasses, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with ginger beer and soda water.
  6. Add orange bitters and garnish with mint.
