  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

How to Make Plant-Based Bomb Beet Burgers
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl: chopped beets, garlic, onion, black beans, apple cider vinegar, and ground flaxseed.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1 inch in height.
  5. Bake the patties on a baking sheet for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
