How to Make Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface, then cut them into approximate 3-inch squares.
- Place a small piece of Brie cheese (about 1 ounce) in the center of each pastry square.
- Mix together the pistachios, honey, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the pistachio mixture generously over the Brie in each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the Brie, pinching to seal.
- Brush the tops of the bites with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each bite with fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds before serving.
