  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the salted butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar together in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually blend the dry mixture into the creamed ingredients until combined.
  6. Fill your cookie press with the dough and form shapes on ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
