  • 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter adds creaminess and a rich, nutty flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract enhances the overall taste
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup instant or quick cooking oats provide texture and help hold the bars together
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips a delightful addition for sweetness

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the peanut butter and vanilla extract with the mashed bananas.
  4. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Cool the bars before cutting them into squares.
