How to Make Mushroom Ravioli Sauce
  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms, cooking until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and cook until lightly golden for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add half and half while stirring, then mix in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried herbs.
  5. Stir in wine or more broth and butter, thickening the sauce for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in grated cheeses until they melt into the sauce.
  7. Cook ravioli according to package instructions, drain, and toss with the sauce.
