Method
 

How to Make Mini Quiche
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a muffin tin and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in your chosen add-ins and cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked crusts until three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for approximately 18 minutes until set in the center and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
