Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
For the Soak
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Ripe Mango sliced
  • to taste Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. Mix together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cream 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and combine thoroughly.
  6. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with 1 cup of whole milk.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Soak with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
  9. Top with 1 cup of ripe mango slices and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
