- Whisk together the eggs and minced garlic in a medium bowl until fully combined.

- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbly.
- Cook the coated chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Combine lemon juice, chicken broth, minced garlic, and black pepper in a separate pan over medium heat.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the Lemon Chicken hot, garnished with fresh lemon zest and additional Parmesan if desired.
