How to Make Keto Coconut Macadamia Bars
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine 2 cups of almond flour, 1/4 cups of Swerve confectioners, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Combine the chilled butter and melted butter with the wet ingredients. Mix together 1/2 cup of chilled butter and 1/4 cup of melted butter with the coconut cream, large egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Blend the wet and dry mixtures together until smooth.
- Fold in the coconut, macadamia nuts, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool and slice into bars.
