  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 cups Cabbage, sliced thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
  • to taste Salt season to taste
  • to taste Pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Next, introduce the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Toss in the thinly sliced cabbage and stir well. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until wilted but crunchy.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir together and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
