How to Make Italian Hangover Cake
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on your cake mix box.
- Mix together the Yellow Cake Mix and Instant Vanilla Pudding in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the Eggs, Neutral Oil, Orange Juice, Disaronno Amaretto, Grand Marnier, and Vodka to the bowl. Beat everything together until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan carefully, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake according to the instructions on the cake mix box, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by melting the Butter in a saucepan and stirring in the Sugar, Orange Juice, Disaronno Amaretto, Grand Marnier, and Vodka until smooth.
- Cool the cake for a few minutes before drizzling the warm glaze over the cake.
