  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Neutral Oil vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Additional Orange Zest

How to Make Italian Hangover Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on your cake mix box.
  2. Mix together the Yellow Cake Mix and Instant Vanilla Pudding in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the Eggs, Neutral Oil, Orange Juice, Disaronno Amaretto, Grand Marnier, and Vodka to the bowl. Beat everything together until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan carefully, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake according to the instructions on the cake mix box, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Prepare the glaze by melting the Butter in a saucepan and stirring in the Sugar, Orange Juice, Disaronno Amaretto, Grand Marnier, and Vodka until smooth.
  7. Cool the cake for a few minutes before drizzling the warm glaze over the cake.
