How to Make Horseradish-Encrusted Beef Tenderloin
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for the beef tenderloin.
- Place the whole garlic bulb in a small dish, drizzle with olive oil, and roast it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine horseradish, salt, basil, thyme, pepper, and bread crumbs until well blended.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic from its skins into the horseradish mixture. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Coat the beef tenderloin roast generously with the horseradish mixture.
- Place the coated roast in a baking dish and bake until your desired doneness is reached, about 50 minutes for medium-rare.
