How to Make
- Spread a generous layer of Dijon mustard and high-quality honey on one slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer the thinly sliced turkey or chicken on top of the spread.
- Slice the ripe avocado and spread its creamy goodness over the turkey.
- Add fresh slices of heirloom tomato and a handful of microgreens or lettuce on top.
- Cap it off with the second slice of sourdough bread, pressing down gently.
- Optional: Serve with a handful of salt & vinegar potato chips.
