Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a lined sheet pan for easy cleanup.
  2. Combine the harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, soy sauce, and kosher salt in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the harissa mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
  4. Toss the baby potatoes and baby broccoli in the remaining harissa mixture.
  5. Arrange the chicken and vegetables on the sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with tahini and garnished with sesame seeds and parsley.
