  • 70 g Mixed Seeds pumpkin and sunflower seeds
For the Binding
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Almond Butter
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 40 g Dark Chocolate melted and drizzled on top

Method
 

How to Make Homemade Kind Nut Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine the mixed nuts, mixed seeds, honey, almond butter, and sea salt in a bowl. Stir until everything is well-coated.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the nut mixture firmly into the dish.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until they are lightly golden.
  5. Cool the mixture slightly before drizzling it with melted dark chocolate.
  6. Cut into bars once they’ve cooled completely.
