Preparation
- Combine the dry red wine, apple cider or unfiltered apple juice, pomegranate juice, and brandy in a large pitcher.
- Add sliced oranges, your choice of sliced pears or apples, and the cinnamon sticks to the mixture.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve over ice and top your glasses with chilled ginger beer or ginger ale.
- Garnish each glass with fresh rosemary sprigs, cranberries, and pomegranate arils.
