How to Make High Protein Egg Bites
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the fine sea salt, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, basil, feta, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into greased muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tins.
