Preparation Steps
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the water, sugar, and kosher salt over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour and stir until a smooth dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow the dough to cool, then incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Preheat your oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Cool slightly before drizzling.
  7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cardamom and orange blossom water.
