Preparation

Grilling
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Grill the marinated tofu slices until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwiches with grilled tofu and a drizzle of spicy tahini sauce between the slices with buttered sides facing out.
- Cook the assembled sandwiches on medium heat until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
