Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic, sea salt, ground pepper, capers, and sliced red onion.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and place butter in a skillet over medium heat, allowing it to melt.
  3. Pat the fish fillets dry, season with sea salt and ground pepper, and coat evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet, searing for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the cooked fish to a plate, top with dressing, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
