Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced cabbage. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender.
  3. Toss in the prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink.
  4. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chilli flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add pre-cooked udon noodles and toss to combine.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve.
