How to Make Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the chickpeas. Blend again until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish, making sure it spreads evenly.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the blondies in the pan before cutting them into squares.
