How to Make Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the chickpeas. Blend again until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish, making sure it spreads evenly.
  6. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the blondies in the pan before cutting them into squares.
