How to Make Flaky Chili Honey Feta Rolls
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the phyllo dough package.
- Thaw the frozen phyllo sheets as directed.
- Mix together the crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, honey, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with aromatic herb olive oil.
- Layer another sheet on top and brush with more olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll tightly.
- Cut the roll into your desired sizes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling until everything is rolled up.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with honey and sprinkle with chili pepper flakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
