Method
 

How to Make Flaky Chili Honey Feta Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the phyllo dough package.
  2. Thaw the frozen phyllo sheets as directed.
  3. Mix together the crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, honey, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with aromatic herb olive oil.
  5. Layer another sheet on top and brush with more olive oil.
  6. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll tightly.
  7. Cut the roll into your desired sizes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling until everything is rolled up.
  9. Brush the tops of the rolls with honey and sprinkle with chili pepper flakes.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
