How to Make Fig, Blue Cheese & Crispy Prosciutto Crostini
- Preheat the oven to a medium setting, around 350°F.
- Slice the baguette into thin pieces, about ½ inch thick.
- Brush each slice generously with olive oil.
- Bake the baguette slices for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the baking sheet and allow the crostini to cool slightly.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous dollop of gorgonzola.
- Add a slice of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Place a ripe fig on top of the prosciutto.
- Drizzle a bit of honey over each crostini just before serving.
