How to Make Fig, Blue Cheese & Crispy Prosciutto Crostini
  1. Preheat the oven to a medium setting, around 350°F.
  2. Slice the baguette into thin pieces, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Brush each slice generously with olive oil.
  4. Bake the baguette slices for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove the baking sheet and allow the crostini to cool slightly.
  6. Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous dollop of gorgonzola.
  7. Add a slice of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  8. Place a ripe fig on top of the prosciutto.
  9. Drizzle a bit of honey over each crostini just before serving.
