Crepe Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together eggnog, eggs, and milk. Gradually pour into the dry ingredients, beating until smooth.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to cover the bottom evenly.
- Cook until the edges begin to lift and look lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
Sauce Preparation
- In a saucepan, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and eggnog over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Serving
- Serve crepes on plates, drizzled with warm eggnog sauce, topped with powdered sugar and pomegranate arils.
