Method
 

Crepe Preparation

  5. Cook until the edges begin to lift and look lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and eggnog over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
