How to Make Easy Spicy Peanut Sauce for Dumplings
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together smooth peanut butter, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Chinese chili oil, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir until fully blended to form a creamy base.
- Gradually pour in hot water while stirring, aiming for your preferred sauce thickness. Keep mixing until it’s smooth and pourable, which should take just about a minute or two.
- Spoon the luscious sauce into a serving bowl and enjoy as a delicious dip for your dumplings. If using, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
