Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the eggs, bread flour, softened butter, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Transfer it to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and softened butter for the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle and spread the filling over it.
  7. Tightly roll the dough into a log and cut it into 12 equal rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow to rise for about 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the cream cheese icing over the warm cinnamon rolls and finish with dulce de leche.
