Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over low heat.
  3. Mix in brown sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine sifted flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
  5. Pour the rich brownie mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Caramel and Assembly
  1. Make the caramel by combining caster sugar and water over medium heat.
  2. Add single cream and unsalted butter into the caramel.
  3. Fold in puffed rice cereal into the caramel mixture.
  4. Pour the caramel crunch over the baked brownie base.
  5. Prepare the ganache by melting dark chocolate and single cream together.
  6. Drizzle the ganache over the brownies once they are cooled.
  7. Allow the brownies to set before slicing into pieces.
