Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the cold salted butter, packed light brown sugar, and white granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until everything is well combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients gradually with the wet ingredients, stirring just until mixed.
  6. Fold in the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
